Since 2009, I’ve been quietly crafting my own space in atmospheric sound under the alias Antonymes. Over this period I’ve released five critically acclaimed albums.

In the studio, I’ve collaborated with synth pioneer Paul Humphreys of Orchestral Manœuvres In The Dark, Sarah Nixey from Black Box Recorder, and James Banbury of The Auteurs - string arranger for U2, Snow Patrol, and Editors - always blending introspective melodies with cinematic textures.

I’ve worked closely with writer and deep thinker Paul Morley. Together, we’ve created immersive performances at the Big Chill Festival, discussing Michael Jackson, and at London’s Southbank Centre, exploring the joy of Christmas music.

My music has featured in films like the Floyd Mayweather documentary 30 Days in May, the Australian short Breathless, and the poignant Swedish documentary Until Cancer Do Us Part.

In 2019, it was prominently featured at New York’s esteemed Bessie Awards, accompanying Joan Myers Brown’s Lifetime Achievement honour, celebrating her six decades of shaping American dance.

With over 40 million Spotify streams to date, I’m proud to be among the most-streamed artists from Wales.

I’ve received support from Mary Anne Hobbs and Gideon Coe at BBC Radio 6 Music, Adam Walton at BBC Radio Wales, Paul Gough at Australia’s ABC, and numerous other stations worldwide.

Earning a living as an underground artist has its challenges. It would mean a lot if you could delve into my back catalogue by clicking one (or both) of the links above.
